The Insititute facilitate a huge variety of different conversations from a mediation between two people to conferences or meetings of 500+ people. The meetings we facilitate tend to fit into one of the following categories:

The Institute also offers consultancy services to teams, services and whole organisations seeking to initiate change processes or those trying to effectively manage a change process that is faltering. Institute staff work with ornganisations to understand the change(s) to be introduced and then provide tailored advice, and if necessary can facilitate a process, to ensure planned changes are successful.
