Community-led Action Research

SCDC provides support on Community-Led Action Research, which involves a community defining and carrying out research to gather evidence and make recommendations for change. Action research is about using research tools and methods appropriate to engaging with the community concerned, for example, drawings, photography, video diaries, drop-in sessions and story dialogue, which can be used instead of or alongside more traditional methods such as surveys.

This resource is provided by the Scottish Community Development Centre (SCDC).
